Located on the Mtamvuna River, on the border of KZN & Eastern Cape region. Baby Blue is a Norwegian Lifeboat that got converted into a Houseboat, there is only one of her kind. She is rare and sleeps in the Umtamvuna Nature reserve, the only Houseboat on the river border. Tick some unique boxes. She's got a King Size bed in the bow, a two plate gas stove, outdoor shower with a gas geyser and fully functioning toilet. A solar panel for lights & to charge phones, with a Tandem Kayak to explore. Be ready to switch of and unwind, on arrival enjoy a complimentary cocktail of your choice from The Riverside and we will take you on a 20min scenic cruise to your destination in the Umtamvuna Nature Reserve where you will be moored for the duration of your stay. You will be provided with a tandem kayak to go exploring and you will also have one complimentary boat pick-up and drop-off provided by the Riverside at The Wild Coast Sun during day time. In the bow is a luxury King Size bed with a down duvet and Bamboo extra depth memory foam mattress to ensure a snug comfortable sleep on the water with extra blankets provided. You can enjoy stargazing from your bed in the evenings when you look out of the windows. She is surprisingly warm on the water in the evenings. There is a two plate gas stove on board to ensure that you can enjoy a warm meal and it is easy to whip up a quick meal on her, if you want to enjoy exploring more than cooking we recommend pre-made meals that are easily heatable in a pot or pan. You will be provided with a Safari Cooler box which will keep your food fresh, tried and tested. She has a fully operational toilet onboard that flushes into tank, you will have a gas geyser and shower so be assured that you can enjoy an outdoor shower under warm water. You will find some books onboard for those that like to read and take a bap, as well as dominos and a chess set.

Port Edward is surrounded by some unique tourist attractions. The Red Desert is known as the smallest desert in the world. Beaver Creek Coffee farm is located at about a 20min drive out of Port Edward. Splash rock is well known for it's fishing and the Petrified Forest is a 20min walk on the beach into the Eastern Cape, the Wild Coast also has one of the top 10 courses in the country just to name a few. Complimentary boat pick-up and drop off per day, it is easy to access the neighbourhood by vehicle. parking differs from place to place.
