Amazing Grace B&B is located in De Kelders, Gansbaai. We have 2 types of accomodation, both on ground level. Our spacious luxury king room has an open plan en-suite bathroom with a shower and basin. Seperate WC. This room has ample closet space, flat screen TV, a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, basic cutlery and a seating area. Our family unit can accomodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Both units has seaview and private entrance. Secure parking on site. The family unit has a private patio. A lounge area with a desk and a flat screen TV seperates the 2 bedrooms. A newly renovated small kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, induction stove, toaster and kettle makes it perfect for self-catering. We provide tea, coffee, milk and rusks for your convenience. Our tap water is safe for drinking. Walker Bay Nature Reserve is within walking distance of Amazing Grace. During whale season you can watch the Southern Right whales from the patio, or take a short walk to the rocks of De Kelders to watch them. From the upstairs patio you can enjoy the most magnificent sunsets. Barbeque facilities for both units available.

Me and my husband Deon are both fun-loving people, who enjoy life, the outdoors and nature. While me and my wonderful cleaning lady Evelyn take care of the rooms and making sure you have all you need for an enjoyable stay, Deon will spoil you with a scrumptuous breakfast. We love De Kelders, and will make sure that you know what to do and where to go while staying with us. Our house is our safe haven where we want to spoil our guests. Our house is surrounded by greenery and an abundance of birdlife which makes for peace, quiet and privacy. Apart from hiking, we also cycle, and our bicycles are available to our guests. We are both very active and on request we would do guided tours of the caves in this area. We are passionate about the environment and the protection of the ocean. My guests often go on beach clean-ups with me. We will gladly assist in shark-cage bookings, whale watching safari bookings or restaurant reservations. Gansbaai offer a number of activities for the adventurous traveller.

Amazing Grace B&B is situated in De Kelders, Gansbaai, one of the most beautiful parts of the Western Cape. Walker Bay and Walker Bay nature reserve is within walking distance from Amazing Grace. This is where you will see dolphins, whales, sea lions and if you are lucky, the Cape Otter. During Southern Right Whale season, usually between June and November each year, this is the best place to be. De Kelders is known as the best land-based whale watching spot in South Africa. There are miles and miles of white sandy beaches close to us. We have very nice hiking trails within walking distance from our house. De Kelders is also famous for the Klipgat Caves as well as the Dripkelders. Amazing Grace is situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood where it is still safe to walk outside. Coffee on the Rocks, our neighbourhood coffee shop is within walking distance from Amazing Grace. Our security is done by Eagle Security with 24hour availability.
