305 Guest House is unique as it is privately owned, and has the most beautiful artworks and scenic view on the South Coast. With it's tranquil atmosphere and peaceful surroundings, we believe in offering a relaxed and personal service whilst always maintaining our 4 star standard. An out of this world accommodation experience.

Property info

305 Guest House spans 3 former residential properties. The view is unsurpassed and whale & dolphin spotting is almost a daily pass time. We're a stones throw away from Galleria Shopping Centre and 4 local beaches by car only. For the business traveller, we're within 10kms of our main industrial areas.

Neighborhood info

Our local beaches host beautiful rock pools and are all but a few kilometres away from our guest house. We have a water world, shark cage diving, guided tours and an amazing shopping centre just around the corner! Unfortunately, we have been denied direct access to the beach from the guest house, however, we are just a short 2km drive from Amanzimtoti Beach.
