Lovely bright and airy 3-bedroomed townhouse, situated near Table Mountain and Lion's Head, available in a safe and secure residential complex. The townhouse boasts open-plan living downstairs, leading onto a large patio with breathtaking views over the city and harbour. Very central and conveniently located with shops, café’s and restaurants nearby. The city centre is a 5min drive away, beaches are a 15min drive away, and the winelands are a 40min drive away. A locked garage is available, although because of the central location of the townhouse, Uber/My Citi Bus/walking is probably most convenient. The townhouse is modern and trendy, and fully equipped to ensure that you truly enjoy the comforts of home-living. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single) and a bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge (with guest WC), leading out onto a large patio where you can enjoy a famous Capetonian ‘braai’ (barbeque), overlooking the beautiful Mother City and harbour.
