While we do have electricity, it is important to be aware that it may not always be stable. In case of power outages, we have a generator available to ensure your comfort. However, the absence of electricity can actually enhance the tranquil atmosphere, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings. Please be informed that we have lower water pressure and no hot water on the property. However, the warm weather in our area usually makes this a minor inconvenience, unless you prefer to shower late at night. We encourage you to embrace the simplicity of rural living during your stay. Please note that we have a limited selection of menu items available, and it would be greatly appreciated if you could inform us one day in advance. You can also bring your own food to do BBQ, our staff will provide BBQ facilities, please clean up after using. Although we do have Wi-Fi, it is essential to note that the signal may not be strong due to our remote location. Nonetheless, we believe that your time with us will be an unforgettable experience worth sharing with your loved ones. Additionally, please be aware that the only means of accessing our property is by boat. To make your journey more convenient, we offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off services from the boat station on Phan Van Dang Street. If you require the use of the boat for any other purpose, please inform us in advance so that we can provide you with a price estimate.
