Brand new property which renovated by Aug 2023 with luxury facilities (elevator, washing/drying machine, smart television 50 inch, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave). Modern and unique decoration with priv6ate balcony, we do have rooftop terrace on 6th floor. Room size about 40m2 with window and 02 levels of glass door.
Central, few minute to Bui Vien walking street . Many restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, near Tao Dan park. Friendly neighbors also quite at night.
