  • Hi is the beach and town within walking distance?

    Good Day. VKO is walking distance to the Westin Resort including the beach it sits on and a grocery store. St John is hilly with no sidewalks so most people don't walk. 3 min drive to town. The closest North Shore Beaches are about 10 min drive.

We lived in Villa Kia Orana for 3 years during the extensive renovation of this stunning villa and can't wait to share it with you! We will be your expert guide/concierge pre-vacation and during your stay and can help you with all planning details. Although we no longer live in St. John, we have many friends that do including the wonderful staff that will be your on the ground team during your stay. We look forward to hosting you.
