Good Moon Cottage is a traditional West Indian wooden cottage perched on top of a peaceful, secluded hill-side property. After the apocalyptic devastation of hurricane Irma in 2017, Good Moon Cottage has been fully renovated. The roof is 100% stronger and it is newly decorated for the comfort for our guests. Come and enjoy the secluded nature surrounding the Cottage and the Farm for a very peaceful holiday in the BVI.
BVI born Aragorn and his Italian wife Federica built Good Moon Cottage in 2009. Aragorn loves gardening while being a famous artist and Federica manages the Art gallery in Trellis Bay, create lovely West Indian paintings and showcase delicious meals for the family. “The Farm has been an amazing life transformation. Our daily chores are very much related with the Farm growth and prosperity as we are committed to develop the supporting program for an Organic Agriculture in the BVI.” If you are coming to visit you’ll get an incredible immersion in the true Caribbean life style. Federica and Aragorn will be delighted to host you and show you around the Farm. They will help you to find the best way to travel through the BVI and to guide you with any requirements to have great time during your holidays.
Next to our Cottage you can walk down the hill to Trunk Bay, the most amazing secluded beach of the BVI. The road heading to the beach is good enough to drive it with your rental car if you wish. We are surrounded by beautiful nature and fruit trees and being an organic farm we appreciate all the birds and insects living within our property. The area is very quiet and tranquil, although we do work on the farm everyday there isn’t any heavy machinery making noise so don’t worry! The wind will the soundtrack of your holiday. We have cats living around the property that we suggest you to be friendly with but please don’t spoil them too much, otherwise they’ll move in with you! If you like to socialize there are many opportunities in Can Garden Bay, in Road Town or West End. There are many restaurants and bars, islands and beaches to explore. We’ll be happy to tell you all about when we meet you!
