We offer little or no interactions with guests during their stay, however, we are a phone call away if needed. We ensure that basic room and toilet essentials (like sheets, towels, bathsoap, toilet paper, etc) for your stay are provided. There will be NO daily room service or cleaning. Rooms are prepared before check in and at check out.

Homes in the BVI are mostly located by description of the general area and place, rather than by the actual address, that is if it does have one. It is therefore very important to communicate effectively prior to arrival, to ensure you have no difficulty with locating the place, or gaining access to the apartment/ room. Expected time of arrival must be stated; the guest is required to make contact by phone or effective messaging especially just prior to arrival, to arrange and confirm how to access the apartment.
