We offer small, simple bedrooms in a shared flat in a prime location in Piriápolis. The central starting point for the community is a shared kitchen with a covered patio, which also offers a barbecue and a gas hob as an additional summer kitchen. This makes the accommodation suitable for groups of up to 8 people. The accommodation is spread over both floors of the house in a former family home and forms 3 residential units next to a natural garden plot with trees on a slope. Your bedroom is on the first floor and the communal areas spread over both floors offer a pleasant stay even in bad weather. There are four sunny terraces around the house. Mature trees and shrubs on the property also provide a pleasantly shady ambience throughout the day. The residential community currently offers space for 6-8 people and has two bicycles and a private car. These can be arranged for shared use via a private car-sharing scheme.

We are a small group of people from different countries. As some of us are not always in Piriápolis, we would like to make the rooms available to others for a short time.

The property is in a prime location in Piriápolis, at the foot of Cerro San Antonio. It offers good distant views of the Sierras de Las Animas and the Pan de Azucar mountain, as well as beautiful views of the bay of Piriápolis and the historic Argentino Hotel. The shops for daily necessities are within walking distance and access to the beach, which is also suitable for children due to its sheltered location in the bay, is around 500 metres away. The international marina with a customs office and an immigration office is around 300 metres away.
