THE CAMPER Despite its affordable price, it's packed with all the conveniences you would expect in a much higher priced rental. With a comfortable queen bed and two double bunks, our camper can accommodate 6 people. The RV-sized bathroom ensures privacy and convenience, while our thoughtfully provided towels, dishes, and kitchen utensils add that extra touch of comfort. You can have peace of mind in knowing that this camper is equipped with the following: • High Speed WiFi • 2 Smart TVs • Air conditioning, central heat • USB Ports in bunks • Remote control fireplace • Bluetooth speaker inside and outside • Dining accommodations for six (e.g. dishes, basic cookware, etc) • Ample parking for vehicles • Outdoor picnic table and BBQ BEDS It is important to know that the double bunks, truly are camper style. They are not bedroom mattresses. However, the queen bed is an upgraded mattress and quite plush - so much so that you have to shimmy a bit to walk around the mattress in the primary bedroom. REMOTE WORKERS All day meetings on Zoom? If you need a quiet place to work while your family is out and about, you will find this space to be remote-worker friendly. • Electric plugs right next to the table • Keurig in camper or mobile order Starbucks 2 miles down the road • WiFi is dedicated for AirBnb guests and not shared with residents • USB ports in the bunks, so no one is fighting over charger outlets • AC runs quietly and will not be distracting • TV for other guests in the primary bedroom

Some of my best childhood memories are when my grandmother would pick us up in the RV and we would head out for an adventure. It is important to me to honor those memories by creating an affordable, comfortable space that can become the backdrop for others' family memories.

After meandering down a dirt road for about ½ mile, you will make a right on to our private road into the camper, nestled with just enough privacy that you feel secluded but not so far away from things that it gives you an eerie feeling. The space is located on the corner of our 5 acre lot. if you would like to utilize the EV Charger, please let us know prior to your stay. Please note that there is another camper located directly behind this trailer; great for two-families traveling together.
