This modern cabin is fully stocked for a stress-free stay, featuring a cozy electric fireplace, a full-size Jacuzzi tub in the living room, and an outdoor firepit for evening bonfires. With a master suite and sleeper sofa, it sleeps 4 comfortably, making it great for families. Just a short drive to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, it's the ideal spot for your next adventure!

Welcome to the Livingston Resort. WE are a collection of 8 cabins in total on this breathtaking Smoky Mountain Top. Easy access to the turn off for Livingston cabins but please while your enjoying the drive up watch for the Stop sign and follow the direction to your specific cabin location. We welcome you to your vacation stay away from civilization but just a short 7 minute drive to be back in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We have all 4 seasons and lots of wildlife all around for you to enjoy. There are bears young and old so please do not leave any food out at all and keep your keys on you and cars locked during your stay. Bears can open car doors. Due to the cabin's location in the mountains, guests may experience steep driving conditions on the way to the property and limited parking options upon arrival. Please inquire if you have any further questions.
