Sacramento, California, United States Right smack in the middle of Midtown, meaning you are walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. Getting around You are walking distance to many places but the light rail can take you further. This can be used to get to many of the areas in downtown Sacramento as well as neighboring suburbs. There is a stop on 23rd st & R. Otherwise a short “Uber” or “Lyft” ride will get you anywhere you want to go downtown in a matter of minutes for a few bucks.
