The company was established in 2014 with the sole purpose of welcoming guests and travelers to experience Fort Lauderdale. Our company is owner operated vacation rental (not a hotel) and we hope to give you a chance to stay in an affordable and functional home in sunny South Florida. We manage several houses/apartments/townhomes in the same neighborhood to ensure we are always nearby and available for our guests. In addition to the owners, we have several support staff including a guest relations manager, maintenance manager and speciality technicians who can be called to help if there is ever any problems. Although communication is always available , we prefer a hands off method and provide self check in and support through messaging so you never even have to call if you dont want to.

Contemporary decor and flooded with natural light. Wake up to the gentle rhythm of the river and greet the day with a refreshing shower in the pristine bathroom. A compact yet well-equipped kitchenette with essential appliances such as a microwave, mini-fridge, stovetop burner, toaster oven and coffee/tea maker. No freezer in boat. Small indoor dining table. Outdoor seating areas upstairs and downstairs. Blasting air conditioner with fans to use. Free dedicated parking space included. Houseboat is located at dock behind a two story 6-unit apartment building. Boat remains at dock and cannot be driven. Dedicated parking space in front of building. No toilet paper can be flushed down toilet!! The toilet will clog if toilet paper or any other product is flushed. You must throw toilet paper in waste basket. Failure to follow this rule with result in a 275 dollar fee to guest which will be used to replace the part.

The neighborhood is called Sailboat Bend and is home to many boat enthusiasts. Located on Fort Lauderdale New River, this neighborhood provides waterfront homes all nestled in the heart of the city. Close to everything! 5 min to downtown shops/restaurants including Las Olas. 10-15 min drive to airport. 10-15 min drive to beach.
