Our guests can stay in private rooms that offer safe environments with luxury amenities and activities to entertain both kids and parents. Our staff is the best!! We have a full service team of Reservationists and Front Desk staff, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management Team. Our great team strives in every way to make your stay the best vacation ever! We have staff onsite from 8am-9pm EST Sun-Thurs, and 8am-10pm EST Fri-Sat, and on call for those special circumstances that occur after normal business hours.

BOOK NOW with FLEXIBILITY! Modified policies through April 30, 2021, make it easy for you to control your vacation by moving or canceling dates. Our 56 unit resort spans over 2 blocks of land with lush landscaping and beautiful palm trees! 50 of our 56 units have a full kitchen, Our resort rooms are not your "typical hotel room." We have 2 Community Pools, 1 Private Pool, 1 spa, tiki huts and picnic areas throughout the property with BBQ grills, laundry facilities, wedding venues, and so much more! We also have our Adventure Tiki in full swing, and our guests are loving it. We are partnered with several vendors that help facilitate our Adventure Tiki. Through these vendors, our guests have multiple full-service outdoor adventure companies at their disposal. Guests have access to free shuttle services (tip only), 2 free beach chairs, free beach towels, games, and 2-hour free bike rentals.

Neighborhood info

Our neighborhood is commonly called "the Village." This is THE spot to be in Siesta Key. We are within steps of nearly all restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Our staff is knowledgeable about the local businesses and what they offer so we can steer you in the right direction. We recommend anything from Cevichela, a daiquiri from The Daiquiri Deck, the lobster bisque from The Cottage or the Lobster Pot, any seafood from SKOB, and breakfast and coffee from Lelu's or Another Broken Egg! Most of the restaurants and bars have great happy hours and daily live music. The Village is a great stretch of fun, and it is just a quick walk away - no need to drive anywhere! Don't forget, we are partnered with multiple vendors that offer free (tip only) shuttle service. These shuttles typically operate between the hours of 9am-5pm and sometimes later, on the weekends - this gives our guests priority shuttles to the Beach and the Village.
