We have spent the last 4 years in a total renovation of this 100 year-old barn converting the horse stall section into a unique living space with a mix of modern convenience with restored vintage appliances and furniture. The property is a great mix of farming with regular haying of pastures, crop planting, our hobby Christmas trees and a grape row. It has quiet wooded trails, spectacular across the lake views into Canada, and abundant wildlife.
I grew up in this area and drove by this location and it's amazing view on a regular basis. I couldn't believe when I returned for a 40th year high school reunion it was for sale. I knew somehow I had to have it. We enjoy having turned this property into a place where others can stay and enjoy this little piece of paradise.
This is a great location to be in the quite country, yet a short drive to get anything you may need
