Welcome to Shiplap Shack! Looking for the perfect beach getaway? Look no further! Don’t settle for less than excellence! We provide only the best for our guests! It's a quick 10 minute walk to the beach & we provide beach chairs, + a wagon to tote them down in. Not to mention bikes are included. Shiplap Shack is a beautifully renovated, 5 bedroom & 2 bathroom home, tastefully appointed and fully-stocked for your stay! The outside space is perfect for gathering, relaxing, & grilling! This home is wonderful for large families or big groups. In a great location close to many attractions, restaurants, entertainment, etc, you will never want to leave! Gorgeous decorations with no details left out. The gourmet custom kitchen, awaiting you to whip up a feast for your group. We’ve provided many small appliances for you. Whether you want to cook in or deliver, our large dining table, bar stools, & open kitchen/living room has space for everyone to enjoy. 3 bedrooms & 1 full bathroom on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms & 1 full bathroom on the 2nd floor. Outdoor seating on the private deck upstairs to soak in the Florida sun, enjoy sunrises & sunsets, or lounge! Or, hang out downstairs under the covered porch, turn on the Edison lights at night, and relax. FREE AMENITIES INCLUDE:

We provide several adult & kids bikes (and helmets) so you can ride around the neighborhood or even down to the beach. Lots of folks rent golf carts or mopeds to enjoy getting around. Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival with your door code. We provide an interactive touch screen (GuestView Guide) that is packed full of information such as restaurants, water activities, local rentals & lots of entertainment. We think its better to give you all of the info you could need in one handy spot so you can spend more time enjoying your vacation & less time sitting in front of a computer researching how to enjoy it.
The GuestView allows contactless check-in/check-out and the ability to contact the host for emergency requests. We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay. Must be 25 to rent, no exceptions. Must have one person over the age of 25 for every 3 under (unless children traveling with families). Host may ask for age verification. Guests found breaking this rule may be asked to leave without a refund. When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.
