The unit features high ceilings that let in natural lighting and ventilation. SLEEP: Better for 4 but accommodates 5 adults. Tasteful and comfortable furniture with 2 bedrooms with fully operable windows and queen mattresses. Burrow sofa bed that accommodates 1 person. BATH: Full bathroom conveniently divided in two areas to add privacy: one area has a bathtub/shower combo with a double sink and the other has a single sink with a toilet KITCHEN: Modern and fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter top, brand new appliances and all the utensils you need to make chef worthy dinners. WORK: Stylish dedicated office space with a designated desk and fast wifi EXTRAS • Washer & Dryer in unit • Free Parking on the street • Outdoor space with fire pit/grill NOTE: the unit is located in the basement of our home and it requires stair climbing to access.

The Maple House location is one-of-a-kind with quick walks to the Maple Leaf Reservoir, many coffee shops and restaurants is also great for commuting to Downtown Seattle (7 mins) and Bellevue (15mins). This is a very quiet and family friendly neighborhood so unfortunately this is not the place to party or have music too loud after 10 PM but it’s great for spending quality time and making unforgettable memories with your loved ones.
