The Magnolia House is unique because it sits right on the White River between the State Park and Gastons. There are 4 separate units in this home with 4 separate kitchens. There are 2 RVs that will be available to rent as soon as possible as well. This is a great home for large groups or families that want to stay in a home together but like to have separate private rooms with all the amenities. This location is a famous location for record brown and rainbow trout. You will love the privacy of the home as it sits on a private creek on the left and a tall privacy fence on the right, and a beautiful river in the back. The house sits on a little over an acre with deer passing through regularly. The home is now under new management and is set up with smart locks and security cameras in the front and back. Managers now live only 20 minutes from the home and keep the home clean and well maintained. Bedding and Sheets are washed after each use for a clean comfortable stay each time. We try to keep the place as clean as possible and desire to give guests a 5 star stay.

Private home on one acre. The Home sits on the White River in Lakeview, AR. The Family unit #4 has a river view. 1,2, and 3 all have an outside sitting area but do not have a river view, though they are still steps from the river.
