The Juniper House has a style all its own! It’s a unique double gambrel structure that’s conveniently located 15 minutes to MetroNorth and close to all that the area has to offer! Tons of windows and super high ceilings in the living room make for a bright and airy space that is filled with character and mid-century vibes. A large bedroom on the main floor sits next to a full bath. Upstairs is an additional bedroom with en-suite bath and a bright and spacious open lofted living room.

Highland is set in the apple country of the world surrounded by restaurants, shops, cideries and wineries. The Hudson Valley Rail Trail is a mile away, New Paltz is less than 10 minutes as well as The Walkway Over the Hudson! The Mohonk Preserve, Shawangunk Mountain, and Minnewaska State Park are minutes away with endless trails and beautiful lookouts. If you plan on staying in and enjoying the space for a retreat you can easily get to the area from NYC by bus or the Metro-north Train and then take a 10 minute Uber ride to the property. Getting around and enjoying the sites we recommend a car. The driveway has space for 3 vehicles.
