Located on Corn Neck Road just north of Scotch Beach, The Harbourview is an original island farmhouse dating from 1888. The property is nestled behind tall privet hedges and is close to Andy's Way, The Block Island Club, and Greenway Hiking Trails, and includes walking access to Great Salt Pond. With quiet, well-appointed, and updated rentals, including the Main House, the Captain’s Cottage, and the Mate’s Cottage, all have full kitchens, A/C, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and private decks, porches, and patios. Great for families or couples looking for the perfect getaway.
The Harbourview is our family home. A few years ago we purchased it from our parents, who originally acquired the property in the early 1980's. We are very proud to be continuing their long tradition of welcoming guests to Block Island and would be happy to answer any questions you may have about our rentals or the island itself. We also manage our sister property, The Barrington Inn and love Block Island and hope to share this special place with you. Thanks for checking us out and we look forward to seeing you soon!
One of the "Last Great Places" in the Western Hemisphere, Block Island is an island 12 miles off the southern coast of Rhode Island. 7 miles long and 3 miles wide, it is only accessible by water or air, and boasts lighthouses, water sports, 28 miles of nature trails, and 17 miles of free and gorgeous beaches. Block Island is a haven for visitors in the spring, summer and fall, with lovely harbors, coastal architecture, and sweeping natural vistas.
