  • Hi, Firstly I want to say this is a beautiful property I have seen, So my question is May I know is it close to the Airport or any transportation available to reach this property from the Airport? Because we are flying from Nevada, it will really help if you can guide us about transportation

    Hi - Thanks for your kind words! We are located in Palmer which is about 45 miles from Anchorage. Your best bet is to get a rental car but a shuttle ir uber can also bring you to us. It most likely will cos $50-100 for the ride. I hope that helps

  • Hi. Happy New year, I have a question this entire house for a renting or we have to share with other pepole?

    The entire Treehouse is for you. We do live on the property but in our own house so you are the only ones in the treehouse and have full use of the decks, yard and the firepit. We would love for you to stay with us!

  • I think I saw something say that you need to be 25 to check in. My fiancé and I would really like to book this for our honeymoon but we’ll be 23/22. Is there any way we can make it work?

  • Hello. Can you accommodate a party of 8?

    The treehouse can sleep 2 in the king size bed and 2 in the queen size pullout bed. It would be pretty crowded with 8 people as far as sleeping space goes. I hope that helps!

The Treehouse is a free standing treehouse that is not attached to the trees but is on pilings pounded down to bedrock. It is accessed by a series of walkways and bridges. It has 3 floors. The first floor has a living room, kitchenette, tv and dining table along with a half bath. The second floor has a king sized bed, tv, bathroom with a shower and a spiral staircase going up to the 3rd floor where there is a swinging chair to sit in and relax and look out at the mountains. We also have a firepit for guests to use as well as a grill for cooking.
We have lived in Alaska for over 30 years and wouldn't want to live anyplace else! We love to travel but are always happy to come home to our Alaska. We love to meet new people and hear their travel stories and adventures.
We live on a mountain in a neighborhood. There are several things to see that are near to us including the Alaska Adventure Park where there is ziplining and horseback riding, the Reindeer Farm, the Musk Ox Farm, the Independence God Mine, hiking trails, restaurants and super cute gift shops!
