In addition, I oversee the operations of the farm winery, taking great care of both the grounds and the homes. My days are indeed quite fulfilling and brimming with activity. Along with my Partner Lenny we truly enjoy hosting our guests at The Cottage and ensuring that their stay with us is a memorable one. Lenny Juliano has traveled the world as an entertainer spending over ten years working overseas and throughout Europe from Japan - Italy - France and Germany. Finally returning to Broadway and to teaching before joining me in real estate and now here at the Lake. He loves greeting the guests and sharing about the area and knows where the best local restaurants and sights are. He can usually be found working about the cottage grounds or tending to the vines in the vineyard and is always ready to answer a question or with a quit witted comment.

The Cottage was built in 1804 and underwent updates and renovations this past year in 2024. We preserved much of the charcter of the historic home and location and added all of the modern ammeneties for comfort. Stroll our historic Amos Road located here in historic Preston City and view some of the original homes and sites from our towns founding. We are conveniently situated a mere 5-minute drive from Foxwoods Casino and a short 10-minute drive from Mohegan Sun.
