Plenty of spices, utensils and cookware, with a dining table with seating for (6). MAIN LEVEL: Living area with couch with chaise lounge that converts to a full-size sofa sleeper for additional sleeping. Flat screen SMART TV and electric fireplace. MAIN LEVEL: BEDROOM 1 & 2: Two PRIVATE bedrooms. MAIN LEVEL: Bath has towels and linens, shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials, a hair dryer, Iron & ironing board, and paper products provided. LOWER LEVEL: Washer & Dryer in large open laundry with a desk area. LOWER-LEVEL FEATURES ADDITIONAL LIVING SPACE FOR LARGE FAMILIES OR IT CAN BE SET UP AS A PRIVATE FULLY FUNCTIONING SPACE FOR PRIVACY IN LARGER GROUPS: Kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster oven, counter-top burner, microwave, & coffee maker. **NOTE: There is not a stove or oven. Plenty of spices, utensils and cookware with a dining table that folds out for additional seating up to (4). Living area with couch with chaise lounge and folds out to a full sleeper. Flat screen SMART TV. LOWER LEVEL: BEDROOM #3 There is a private bedroom with a KING bed. For up to 2 people with additional sleeping area for 2 in living area. Bathroom with tub & shower. Towels & linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and paper products are provided. Two Private fenced backyard spaces. Both areas have a BBQ, gas fire pit with chairs, and outdoor dining table/chairs. FREE street parking and driveway parking for (2) vehicle. This property accepts up to (2) pre-approved dogs with an additional pet fee. We cannot accept Cats due to allergies. Please read and understand our pet policy before booking. **NOTE: There is a “Glamper” at the back of the lot that has a separate yard and enters off the alley. BOTH units have completely private and separate entrances as well as Private AND separate fenced yards.

Centrally located, in what is considered the “Presidential Streets”, between Downtown and the College of Southern Idaho. This is a quiet established residential neighborhood with older homes. Blue Lakes Boulevard is the main throughway in the City of Twin Falls and is 3 blocks from the home. Blue Lakes Blvd has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Magic Valley Mall, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes & Costco. Nearby parks include Pierce Park, Harrison Park, Barry Park and Frontier Park.
