  • Are there tv’s n the each bedroom ? Is there covered parking ? Looks lovely

    We have TVs in two of the bedrooms (King Bed rooms). There is no TV in the Twin Bed room. We have access to des all the usual networks and sports channels), Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. We have a garage for parking, which will accommodate one car. : )

Close to Bentonville's most popular attractions, yet on a quiet cul-de-sac away from traffic! NO UPCHARGE for up to six guests! This is our only property, and we pride ourselves in helping our guests feel thoroughly at home. We'll help you plan a great time in our town. • TWO King beds plus two twins • Fully appointed kitchen • Relaxing deck, fire pit and grill, dining table with four chairs • Less than 1 mi. from square (MAP IS ACCURATE), Crystal Bridges, Amazeum, Momentary Museum, Compton Gardens, restaurants, and TRAILS!
We are long-time NWA residents who love this little corner of our state and want to help you love it, too! Tim has worked in churches his entire adult life (music and art, mainly), and Leslie has worked in property management for 13 years, entering that field after launching all three of our children into the adult world! We love people and do our best to make them comfortable in our home or in our new AirBnB. Tim is an artist who has been featured in several local galleries, and Leslie is an amazing cook, cake-baker, and seamstress. We look forward to helping you discover this amazing locale. Please let us know how we can make you feel at home! You may use self check-in or we will meet you at the house if you wish. We love to meet our guests, but it's entirely up to you! Downtown Bentonville is within walking distance (less than one mile), and offers a number of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, boutiques, and churches. There are many activities year-round, such as art walks, First-Friday events, Farmers' Markets, races, concerts, and culinary experiences. Crystal Bridges Museum, Amazeum, The Momentary Museum, and Eighth Street Market are just moments away. Don't miss the Bentonville Film Festival in May and War Eagle Craft Fair, held every third week in October! Too many events to list. TRAILS, TRAILS, TRAILS! There are several Trail APPS available which might help you with your plans. Check your app provider. Ubers are plentiful, plus taxi and limousine services; bus services serve the entire Northwest Arkansas area. 25 minutes from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport.
