With 23 steps leading from the expansive deck down to 100 feet of private, sandy beach, this home is ideal for beachcombing, whale watching, birding (bald eagles are known to nest nearby), observing seals with their pups, flying kites, fishing, boating, and roaming the adjacent Smugglers Cove Beach.
