After sitting empty for 20+ years, the restoration is to a point where it can be used, it has maintained much of its colonial charm. The house has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, OWNER IS ON SITE.

I have a love of old houses & buildings, I wish I could save them all. I try my hardest to restore the properties to original but with modern amenities. The fact that the springhouse actually has water coming from under it is pretty awesome. You would be surprised how many people don't know what a springhouse or spring is.
