Enjoy all of the comforts and conveniences of home right in the heart of Groton. This brand new, modern and spacious 4 bedroom waterfront apartment is situated on Military Highway right on the Thames River. Explore the most popular landmarks of Groton including the USS Nautilus Museum without the need for a car, Everything is just around the corner. Every once and a while a cargo train will go by but isn’t very often. This 2500 square foot apartment was renovated in September of 2018. It is located on the river side and is an upper level house in a property with the separate downstairs Airbnb in law apartment on the coast of Groton with a view of the Thames River right out the front window! The apartment features modern furnishings and appliances, hardwood floors, 5 wall-mounted TV's, 2 air conditioners, one king size bed, 2 queen size beds, a full size bed, couch, and 1 queen sized air mattress The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave along with all of the necessary dishes, glassware and utensils you will need. The kitchen is also appointed with counter top appliances such as a toaster, coffee machine, blender, and outside grill
Clean linens and towels, coffee, tea, soap, shampoo and paper products are provided to all guests. This house has an in law apartment downstairs with a separate entrance and parking. We ask that all guests enjoy themselves but be respectful of their neighbors. If you have children please do not let them run around up and down the stairs. We have taken as many sound-proofing measures as possible between floors, but a small amount of noise may occasionally be heard. Please keep this in mind if you are very easily disturbed or require absolute silence. THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD: Please, no loud parties, loud noise, or loud music after 11pm. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND AT RENTAL PROPERTY; PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
