Enjoy 15+ Hiking trails within walking distance This is one of Sedona's few historic treasures, meticulously designed by architect Bob McIntyre, renowned for his work on the Tlaquepaque Arts and Shopping Center. The unique adobe brick walls bear his distinctive curved style, a rare find in today's architecture. Adding to our home's exceptional character is its remarkable lineage of owners. Originally constructed by Platt Cline, the Flagstaff newspaper editor whose legacy lives on in NAU's Cline Library, it was then cherished by Ann Miller, a Hollywood actress from the 1940s, followed by the esteemed Wrigley family. We take great pride in our role as stewards of this historic Sedona property. As we modernize, we remain dedicated to preserving the architectural beauty and the legacy passed down by previous owners. What Awaits You: Our property comprises four private apartments, each with its own fireplace or firepit, entrance, and patio or balcony. These spaces are exclusively for couples or solo travelers, fostering a respectful, harmonious environment with minimal overlap in shared areas.
