Designed by a prominent local interior designer, you’ll enjoy the stylish and eclectic ambiance of the interior and unit patio. The listing is locally managed, with cleanliness as the top priority. The bedroom has a king-size bed with luxe bedding, a smart tv, and good storage. Off the bedroom, there is a small balcony. The clean bathroom has a tub, plenty of fluffy towels, and toiletries for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, and everything you need to cook a great meal. (Or, skip cooking and take advantage of the many amazing restaurants located within walking distance!) A large-capacity washer/dryer unit is located next to the kitchen available for your use with laundry detergent provided. The main living space features a dining table that seats 4, a smart TV, desk, and plenty of seating and tables. The high-end sofa is upholstered in leather and turns into a bed if needed (bed size= “XL full”). The unit is conveniently located right across the hall from our building’s swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna facilities. Past the pool is the serene courtyard if you need to take a break from it all. Or, take the elevator up to the 7th floor, and you’ll be able to enjoy a rooftop deck with a grill and sweeping water views (you just might see a whale!). Access to the building is easy on foot, or if you are bringing a car, you can easily park without worrying about finding a spot in our secure garage. (Free parking included!)
