This amazing home is just the place to enjoy a fun getaway with the people you love, so bring your swimwear because you're about to spend a whole fun-filled getaway right on the beach! You'll have a TV and DVD player to enjoy your favorite movies whenever you're not out sightseeing. Go on a hot-weather hike then come back to savor a refreshing swim in the shared pool. <b>RESORT AMENITIES</b> -Pools -Tennis court -Gym <b>Things to Know</b> There will be concrete repair beginning on March 6, 2023. Noise levels will be loud. There will be construction on all corridors for several weeks and after the Easter holidy, there will be work done on the back deck areas. Once a level is done, the floors/balconies will open back up. Workers are allowed to work from 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.
