These Polynesian-styled accommodations on the Big Island of Hawaii include fully equipped kitchens. An 18-hole golf course is on site and Punaluu County Beach Park with its famous black sand is a 12-minute walk away. With tropical designs, each apartment and studio at Sea Mountain provides a dining and living area. Cable TV with a DVD player is offered. The units also include a washer and dryer. An outdoor pool with hot tub are available. Guests can also play tennis on the tennis courts. Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is 36.3 miles from the Mountain Sea guest accommodation. Kau Forest Reserve is 17.5 miles away.

Guests must be 18 years of age to check-in at the property.
Housekeeping is not included. There is no daily maid service.
Security deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card.

Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed the day of check in. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Smoking is not allowed in rooms, decks, lanais or patios. A $350 nonrefundable fee will be assessed for non-compliance.

If you are arriving after 17:00, please proceed to the building with two golf carts parked out front. There is an afterhours courtesy phone in front of the golf carts (attached to a pole and it has a picture of a phone on the box). Please pick the phone up and give it a couple of minutes to connect. Give them your full name; they will give you the lock box code, which has your key and directions to your unit. Please fill out your license number on the form and place it back into the box. Please come to the front desk in the morning with your ID and credit card to finish checking in.
