The main floor has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bathroom. The second floor offers bedrooms, a laundry area with a washer/dryer, and a full bathroom. This condo is within a great community for the whole family with a stunning sandy beach, a tennis court, a basketball court, and two pools. There’s so much to do within this beautifully maintained association but you are also conveniently located to explore many other Lakes Region's attractions. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> Quiet hours are strictly enforced. This condo association has a strict no motorcycle or trailer policy and violators are towed and condo owners are fined. This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC.
