This 4-bedroom townhome showcases modern style and comes newly furnished from top to bottom with accommodations for every family member. White shiplap and coastal decor set the mood inside, while Gulf breezes and the sound of the waves are sure to relax while you lounge on the private balconies. On-site, you can take on the Arnold Palmer-designed 9-hole golf course or enjoy a leisurely loop around the complementary 3-hole short course. The home is situated in a highly desired section of the resort, offering easy, quick access to two sparkling pools, a fitness center, and resort dining. The resort’s private boardwalk to the beach is within a hundred yards of the front door, making beach trips a breeze. A leisurely walk or comfortable Golf Cart ride down to the beach on the private boardwalk is a perfect family activity where you can rent chairs to enjoy all the fun in the sun with family and friends.
