Located in the mountains in the woods a 32ft top of the line Jaco RV sits on a private piece of the property over looking the pond an an amazing sunset. We are 4 miles from the town. We are 20 minutes to Bethel Woods Concerts. We supply a charcoal grill. A large fire pit with free wood just bring fire starters logs to make your life’s easier lol. The Rv sleeps 6 people comfortably. It has an inside kitchen fully stocked a big refrigerator and freezer. A outdoor kitchen. Plenty of outdoor furniture. We allow 2 dogs as long as they are multi dog friendly and able to run of leash. They must be well trained. Endless beauty and nature for some Roscoe NY TroutTown USA home of the famous junction pool where the Willowemec & Beaver Kill River meet for the best fishing! Endless things to do the Alpaca Farm, Fishing, hunting, water sports on the Delaware river, restaurants, museums, We are 25 minutes Bethel woods Woodstock museum & concert venue. Beaver kill trout hatchery, Roscoe brewery, Tennanah Lake Golf & Tennis, the Villa Roma, The Prohibition Distillery and much more. Apple pond farm, an interactive learning experience for children. It is absolutely stunning up here with the books, rivers & lakes & crisp clean air. We are pet friendly your dog must be multi dog friendly and be able to run of leash.
Yes we love to get to know our guests. Mike & I are keeping the social distancing rules to keep everyone safe & healthy. We supply you with all the area places and restaurants and things to do in Roscoe & Calicoon. We make sure you are comfortable and know where everything is on arrival. Mike & I and our 2 very friendly puppies live on the property we also totally respect your privacy as well. Every guests needs are different and we understand that. We are here to help build bon fires and help with any of your needs. There is also a cottage and a luxury Rv on the property that we rent as well so if you want not a soul to be around this place is not for you! Everyone has there own private fire pit, decks, and bbq and plenty of space & privacy but there are other people on the property all our past guests loved and enjoy our little resort and fun set up with outside games and plenty to keep you entertained and peaceful. Well behaved multi dog friendly and human friendly dogs are welcome for no extra charge they must be able to run off leash. There is a 2 dog maximum. No pit bulls or full breed German Shepard’s allowed sorry.
We are located 25 minutes from Bethel woods Concerts. Roscoe NY pet friendly! Mike & I provide you with wood for the fire places, fire pits & propane for the bbq's. The cabin is stocked with shampoo, conditioner & shower gel, spices, ketchup, mustard, mayo, coffee, tea, sugar, paper plates, napkins, plastic cups, etc. Just bring your food & drinks and of course clothes & a big smile. Will do the rest! Great place for fun peaceful R&R next to a warm fire 🔥. Our property is 6 acres with walking trails. We are 4 miles from the town of Roscoe. When you book I will send you our 2 guidebooks with all the restaurants and fun adventures in the area to explore! See you soon!
