Upon entering the duplex, you'll be greeted by a shared staircase leading to two separate units, offering a unique and versatile accommodation option for your stay. Each unit is thoughtfully designed and fully furnished, offering comfortable living spaces and essential amenities. The duplex boasts two fully equipped kitchens, complete with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils and cookware. Whether you're preparing a family feast or a quick snack, these kitchens provide the convenience and flexibility to cater to everyone's culinary preferences. With eight comfortable beds spread across the property, there's plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and designed to offering a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The four bathrooms ensure that everyone has their own private space to freshen up and get ready for the day ahead. Step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy the fresh air as you take in the park views. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or to gather in the evening and reflect on the day's adventures. Note: Both rooms are booked individually. If both are available, you're invited to reserve them together, allowing you exclusive use of the entire duplex for a maximum of 12 people.

I'm an Entertainment and IT guy, but my wife and I have a passion for creating cool spaces on the side. When it comes to hosting, I believe that communication is key - so feel free to say hi and let me know if you need anything. Jill: I was raised in the north but there's no doubt that Atlanta is where I "grew up". This city is home to my beloved alma mater, my closest friends and now also my family. I work in the Nonprofit space helping my community be healthier and more resilient. As a host, I enjoy anticipating guests' needs and recommending things to do/places to eat, so don't be afraid to ask!
