Our family has been living in this single family house for about 5 years and has been really enjoying it; now we are moving to countryside in Metro Boston and turning this house into short term rental, and we would like our guests enjoy staying in this house just as much as we did.

The house is in the Brook Farm neighborhood, which is probably the best, safest, and most suburb like neighborhood in the city of Boston. This house is especially quiet and private. Neighbors down the backyard have much lower elevation (probably two stories lower). Fully fenced backyard with well maintained grass. ~0.5 mile to the West Roxbury station, which takes you to downtown Ruggles station Northeastern University in 15 minutes, and a couple of more stops take you to Back Bay and South Station. About 4.6 miles and 11 minutes drive to Boston College. No buses pass the street; there are two bus stops on other streets just around the corners. Easy driving into downtown Boston in 20 to 30 minutes, and especially scenic drive (along Jamaica pond and Jamaica way) to Longwood medical area.
