Just a small country, old Florida neighborhood nestled in live oaks along the Choctawhatchee Bay. There is plenty of parking at the property. You can bike along the highway if you want. You can also call a shuttle or get an uber or lyft. This old house is creaky in some places; it is vintage for sure. The floors and entire kitchen are original (except the dishwasher which had to be cut out of cabinetry to be put in). There is a family that lives behind the house that has a dog which can bark at times. The property is on rt 20, which is the only road from Freeport to Niceville, so the traffic can get loud at times especially during beach season. There is a tiny house on the property that is also being rented out. It is adorable!
