Welcome to Houston! The apartment has been recently upgraded and comes with everything you need for a great stay. -Only the living room TV works Please note that there's no TV in both bedrooms We have a virtual 24/7 desk available at all times. This is a self-check-in reservation. 
Guest will receive a link via text to complete the 3 pre-arrival check-in steps prior to arrival. Once fully submitted, the full set of check-in instructions will be provided. There is only 1 set of keys per reservation. No spare provided. Bringing extra guests? Great – there’s no additional nightly charge, just a refundable deposit for them! Due to ongoing building maintenance, the lobby elevator is currently out of service. However, the garage elevator and the freight elevator are operational and available for use Kindly be aware that the pool will not be accessible throughout the autumn and winter seasons. The pool is open from Tuesday– Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Sat 10:00 am -5:00 pm. Please be aware that if you are bringing your car, we will need the following details for registration purposes: License Plate Number Plate State/Province Year Make Model Color Please note that apartment fixtures including but not limited to furniture items, wall decorations, and small items may change from time to time as wear and tear requires replacements. The photos are representative of the space and are a guide, layout may slightly vary. Please note this listing is in a warmer part of the USA therefore you may see bugs from time to time. This can include any and all bugs, insects, or critters. Bug spray is provided under the sink in the kitchen and if you need any more please ask! Pets are allowed, (there is a pet fee) If you have visitors staying during your stay who were not included in your original booking, please let us know in advance. A Hundred fifty dollars charge per person will apply for any undeclared guests.
