Escape to this serene waterfront retreat with breathtaking views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Located in the desirable West Seattle neighborhood, this cozy yet spacious home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, just minutes away from local shops, restaurants, and Seattle’s iconic landmarks. This beautifully designed home features large windows that frame panoramic water views from nearly every room. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the expansive deck, while watching the boats go by and the sun set behind the mountains. Inside, the open-concept living area invites relaxation with comfortable seating, a modern kitchen, and tasteful décor. NOTE: Hot tub is a 3-person only. No exceptions. House is located down a gravel driveway, and the carport can be a tight fit. So only small or medium-sized cars are recommended. There is street parking a block or two away up the hill for larger vehicles. Downstairs fireplace is decorative only. This is a NON-SMOKING home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fine.
