These “city neighborhood styled areas” are NOT desirable; mixed communities with nice houses and junk properties intermingled. At The Cottage, you will not be in a suburban or semi-rural neighborhood. You’ll be staying far from local cities. This is a free-standing, remote, deep-in-forest place with a gorgeous view of the famous Spring Valley. The Cottage is a separate home, with living room, kitchen, bedroom, bath, & dining nook.
