Private room in the center of Fergus! The house contains shared spaces: kitchen, living room, dining room and sunroom. The room is located on the second floor with a spacious queen bed, portable ac unit, closet, storage ottoman, and a cozy chair. The guest will have access to a private bathroom, as well as a shared kitchen to cook. The kitchen is equipped with all standard appliances, as well as DeLonghi coffee machine, Tovala oven, KitchenAid mixer, Hurom slow juicer. The kitchen is connected to a spacious dining area. Access to exercise equipment is also available. Good and reliable wifi (Park Region Telcom). Walking distance to the downtown.
My husband and me opened an airbnb a year ago, after buying a beautiful, 140-year old home in the heart of Fergus. He works with software, I own a cleaning company. We have had overwhelmingly positive experiences. We love meeting guests, chatting and offering coffee & tea. Breakfast is also free and is available upon the request!
The room offers a beautiful West Lincoln Avenue view and is only 5 min from the downtown. We are a pet friendly house! We would love to meet your companions!
