Our pet-friendly rentals are located on River Road in New Braunfels, TX. This rental is one of five options at this exciting location where people come for river activities throughout the year. River access is available for the property. It is a short walk from the rental to a fenced path to the water. Stairs and climb from water is steep so use with caution and at your own risk. The drive to arrive here is very scenic and follows along the river providing gorgeous views. Once situated, you are not far from visiting Canyon Lake or the historic district of Gruene, TX. There is always something to do nearby! This RV is set up and ready for your arrival. At this rental you can enjoy a camping experience with nice features and amenities including air conditioning or heat, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, lights, toilet, running water and hot showers. Included in your stay: *RV stocked essentials *free Parking *charcoal grill *fire pit *linens & bath towels provided. So guests are prepared we like to mention the following: oven does require that you light a pilot light for use; for stays nearing a week in length, the black tank (septic) will fill and need to be emptied using a simple lever release system. We welcome your pets but please read our policy for our preferences: Pets are allowed, but please keep pets off of furniture and beds. Bring your own pet beds, pet towels, and blankets. Pets are not allowed to roam free while outdoors since the yard is not enclosed; you are responsible for you pets behavior towards others. It would be expected that you would clean up after your pet outside for the consideration of other renters. We will reach out if we find that your pet was allowed on the furniture or beds; if we find it was left unnecessarily messy because of the pet; or if we find damage to any part of the home.

PAPER PRODUCTS: We provide a standard and reasonable amount of toilet paper and paper towels at the start of your stay. Depending on your group size or length of stay, plan ahead for additional paper products that your group may need. RV toilet paper is provided and preferred. ICE & WATER: The RV shares a country water well. Some guests have mentioned not liking the taste of the tap water so we mention this as a suggestion to bring your own drinking water. No ice is provided in the rental. TELEVISION: A TV is provided in the living room. It is equipped with Roku and you are welcome to sign into your own streaming accounts. GRILL: A charcoal grill is available, but you must provide your own charcoal, lighter fluid, and lighter. (County burn bans do not apply to outdoor grilling) FIRE PIT: You will have to provide your own firewood for the fire pit. Campfires are NOT allowed during a county burn ban. Please check the status of the burn ban at the Comal County website. DUMPSTER: A dumpster is located at the end of the driveway near the road. Guest are expected to remove all trash from the house before departure. NOISE: There is potential for noise from the campground next door. Sometimes there are weekend events and concerts. LARGE GROUPS: I have multiple properties neighboring each other this location. If traveling with friends check out our other listings by clicking my host profile picture. PEST CONTROL: We are in a rural area with lots of trees so seeing insects would be normal for a rental in this location. Please know that we are consistent with quarterly pest control.

River Road is a very fun place with lots to do. In close proximity to New Braunfels and Canyon Lake, it has lots to offer. Many attractions and activities nearby include: swimming, tubing, rafting, paddle boarding, fishing, biking, hiking, birdwatching, geocaching, camping, icehouses, cafes, restaurants, shopping and live music. You could even take a day trip to Austin or San Antonio! Nearby Sights & Landmarks: Gruene Historic District Schlitterbahn Canyon Lake Natural Bridge Caverns Landa Park Getting around We are not close to any public transport, but we have free parking for up to 2 vehicles. Guests have reported that Uber is also available.
