Welcome to Phoenix II located in beautiful Orange Beach, AL. There are few places on the Gulf Coast, that can offer you the view from this balcony. White sugar sand beaches will be exciting for everyone. If one chooses to sit and relax on the porch or get down on the beach for the full experience, the choice is yours. There is plenty for everyone to do in Orange Beach and surrounding areas. From the restaurants, to the Gulf Coast Zoo, to the water parks, The Tanger Outlet Mall and new OWA Amusement Park in Foley. Travel to Pensacola to see the Blue Angels, take the ferry to Dauphin Island, explore and learn the history of Fort Morgan. Concerts at the Wharf are amazing and there is always great live music at the Hang Out and world famous Florabama just down the street. Amenities include outdoor and indoor pools, fitness room , Sauna Jacuzzi, game room and tennis courts on property. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies). Parking: Along the beach parking is limited. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. The number of passes needed for each reservation must be prepaid prior to your arrival. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times. LIMIT 2 AUTOS PER RESERVATION PER UNIT (and passes must be displayed on drivers dash) Parking passes are purchased on site. All levels have elevator service. ENTRY CODES ARE TEXT TO GUEST ON DAY OF ARRIVAL All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate. Age limit to rent is 25. STRICTLY ENFORCED
