You'll be right in the heart of Phinney Ridge at this two-story condo, beautifully situated with views across the rooftops of Green Lake, the surrounding city, and the snow-capped Cascades in the distance. This condo is part of a triplex building, one that enjoys a prime location in one of Seattle's most beloved neighborhoods. So much is within walking distance, from the Phinney Farmers Market (around the corner) to the park and paths that circle Green Lake (half a mile). Explore Woodland Park Zoo (half a mile), Fremont, Ballard (both less than two miles), and Golden Gardens Park at sunset (three miles). It's even a straight shot into downtown Seattle five miles south. Come home from a fun-filled day in the city to find every comfort and essential waiting for you.
