Pelham Court offers elegant suites appointed with all the amenities for comfort at the highest level. Whether your stay is brief or extended, for business or for pleasure, our beautifully designed suites will provide a relaxed and peaceful setting. Choose from our studio, one, two, or three bedroom suite accommodations. Each unit featuring luxurious marble bathrooms with oversize tubs, full kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, queen size pillow-top mattress beds with plush bedding, large screen flat-panel televisions with high definition and full cable lineup, wireless internet access, individual climate controls, hair dryer, iron and board, 7 of the 1 bedroom units have a gas fireplace the other two have a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Each Two & Three bedroom have working gas fireplaces. Our pet policy is one dog per unit fee paid at hotel. Please bring your own blankets, bowls and feeding dishes, we do not provide or encourage guests to use our amenities for their dog. Located in the heart of Newport’s Harbor Front district, Pelham Court is literally steps away from the best restaurants, night life, shopping, beaches, boating, tennis and fun that Newport has to offer. Constructed in 1870 as a carriage barn, Pelham Court’s original building is listed on the national register of historic buildings. In 2010 the building has undergone extensive renovation and conversion into 9 luxury one-bedroom suites, 1 studio suite, a two bed-room condo and three-bedroom condo. A complimentary new building containing 2 one-bedroom suites, 1 two-bedroom suite and a large three-bedroom to form a private courtyard with the original historic building.
