The room at Harrah's was great.

The room at Harrah's was great. We only stayed there as a stop off between Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. Personally, it was too busy and too noisy. It's a young person's place. Everything you need is an extra charge. The rooms don't have microwaves or refrigerators. Nor do they offer in-room coffee or tea. I'm too old and too tight with the dollar to go back to Vegas.

Great buzz in Vegas as is the norm.

Great buzz in Vegas as is the norm. Everyone I spoke to all expressed how expensive it has become. On average a 330ml bottle of beer 10/12 dollars expect to pay 18 dollars plus for a glass of wine in the bars. 7/9 dollars for a sandwich in Walgreens or Seven Eleven. 20/30 dollars for a burger/fries or fish and fries going up to 150 dollars for a good steak in some of the hotels.

Only traveled to Las Vegas tomeet and connect w/ family on my father's side. Other two trips in 1995 and 2011 were family weddings - one on my wife's father's side, and one was my brother's wedding - 2011.

Vegas is a place that you have to visit at least once in your life. It has everything all in just one single place, food, party, art, lights, culture, and so on. Just try to go out of its boundaries to find places to would change your perspective that Vegas is just the Strip.

This was our third and last time going to Las Vegas, we only went there to see a rock band and couldn't wait to leave, we even paid extra to change our flight to an earlier one. Vegas is a nasty place and too expensive. If you are going for a raunchy Batchelor or Bachelorette party then have fun. Go somewhere else.

Friendly and helpful staff, room facilities good (similar to UK Travelodge) and quiet at night in the hotel so a good sleep! Good buffet style breakfast with varied items. 20 minute walk to the strip but we got taxi back late at night (about 15$ from a hotel on the strip). The hotel met all our requirements so will stay here if we visit Las Vegas again
