Our location in Historic Kenwood offers the best of both worlds. Enjoy a 15-minute drive (6 miles) to the sandy shores of the beach or take a quick 9-minute drive (2.7 miles) to downtown St. Pete's lively atmosphere. For convenient exploration, we're just 6 blocks from the SunRunner public transportation, shuttling you back and forth from the beach to downtown. Our neighborhood is not only vibrant and culturally rich but also safe, ensuring a worry-free stay.
