Welcome to Pelican’s Perch, a poolside two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome located in Palm Bay Village on North Padre Island. Enter this open-concept modern oasis and walk through the double doors to enjoy the covered patio and view of the pool! Entertain your family and friends downstairs in the large living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. Bedrooms are located on the second floor, including a primary and an en suite bath featuring a spacious walk-in shower. All rooms have flat-screen televisions. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a convection oven, a coffee and wine bar, and a dining area that seats eight. Palm Bay Village is known for its lagoon-style pool with lavish landscaping and children’s pool with a splash area. The community clubhouse has a kitchenette and gathering area that may be reserved for birthday parties or events.
