We live in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii with our family of three Multi-Generational Australian Labradoodles and a couple dozen reef fish who reside in our 300 gallon saltwater fish tank. Lee runs several businesses he started from scratch, and Courtney is retired from healthcare and now works at a popular jewelry shop in Kailua. We work together to manage our vacation rentals.

Step out onto the balcony for the first time, take in the stunning oceanfront waves directly below, welcome to Hawaiian paradise! The condo is fully remodeled with high quality furnishings throughout, just steps from the ocean and a short walk from restaurants and shopping, it doesn't get any better than this condo! From the private balcony, relax watching sea turtles swim in tide pools directly below, see dolphins and porpoises doing flips right offshore, whales spouting (seasonal) and cruise ships passing by year-round. Enjoy fabulous sunsets almost every night! Open the door and windows and let the warm ocean breeze flow through the unit all day.
